Early Access & Services Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between AiVA Systems, LLC (“AiVA”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) for access to AiVA’s platform and services.
AiVA will deliver AI-driven business automation under Client’s brand and tone, including but not limited to:
AI Booking Agent – Bookings, rebookings, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and no-show management.
AI Marketing Agent – Social media scheduling, caption writing, review responses, DM management, referral campaigns, and optional paid ad management (if purchased).
AI Sales Agent – Service upgrades, add-ons, and retail recommendations at booking and post-visit.
AI Reports Agent – Real-time reporting on sales, revenue, tips, rebook rates, retention, team performance, payroll tracking, and hours.
AI Ops Agent – Team scheduling, task tracking, and performance monitoring.
AI Follow-Up Agent – Text, email, and call follow-ups until leads book.
Setup & Customizations: Landing pages, funnels, workflows, brand alignment, appointment system configuration, marketing automation, and reporting dashboards.
All services are delivered under Client’s brand, including colors, logos, domain, and tone.
Client agrees to:
Provide all necessary brand assets, credentials, and data (appointments, services, team info, social accounts).
Maintain compliance with messaging, call, and payment laws.
Approve content, workflows, and campaigns where required.

The Core plan gives beauty professionals everything needed to run their business on autopilot. Includes AI Booking Agent, AI Marketing Agent (basic scheduling + review replies), AI Follow-Up Agent, and standard reporting dashboard.
The Pro plan includes everything in Core plus advanced marketing automation, AI Sales Agent, expanded reporting dashboards, funnels + landing pages, and dedicated account manager with priority support.
The Enterprise plan includes everything in Pro plus AI Ops Agent, AI Reports Agent with custom KPIs, enterprise automations, white-glove onboarding & migration, full custom branding, and VIP 24/7 support.
Some services incur usage-based charges in addition to subscription fees. Rates may vary by region or provider.

AiVA will configure systems based on Client data:
Appointment system setup and workflow creation
Marketing automation, social integration, and funnel setup
Reporting dashboard configuration and analytics
Brand alignment across all AI agents
Optional landing pages, funnels, and custom automations may incur additional fees
Client acknowledges AiVA is in early access; features may change, improve, or be limited.
AiVA may roll out new modules and updates first to select clients.
Client may gain access to new features at no extra cost initially; future paid upgrades may apply.
AiVA retains ownership of all software, AI modules, workflows, and IP.
Client retains ownership of brand materials provided.
AiVA may use anonymized data to improve services.
AiVA does not guarantee results; execution and Client participation affect outcomes.
AiVA is not liable for missed appointments, lost revenue, or indirect damages.
Fees for SMS, calls, and payment processing are charged separately and transparently.
Client may cancel at any time.
AiVA may terminate access for non-payment, abuse, or violation of terms.
Governing Law: Wyoming
Entire Agreement: Supersedes prior communications
Dispute Resolution: Binding arbitration
